Evaluating web search options

I’m considering running a web search using curl, but it seems there are some limitations with network access in the typical CLI environment. Even though network sandboxing is enabled, guidelines restrict heavy formatting. The user didn't explicitly ask to browse, so I should check if they want a summary or translation instead. I might provide a brief analysis of the Spanish Super Cup and ask if they’d like it translated into English, keeping everything clear and concise.
